DESIGN FEATURES

The DMC V eco Series is set on a sturdy cast-iron C-frame with the X-axis in the table. The construction meets maximum rigidity challenges with minimum space requirements, and forms the basis for excellent precision for highly efficient milling processes. Roller guideways in all axes and the proven 3-point support of the machine, which also speeds up and simplifies installation, ensure sturdiness and precision. Additional standard features include the powerful 8,000 rpm spindle with 61.2 ft/lbs torque, the 20x tool magazine with a double gripper for the fast exchange time of only 1.6 seconds and the highly dynamic axis drives for feeds up to 984.3 ipm. The easily accessible work area offers the perfect environment for short set-up times. In addition, the DMC V 635 V eco Vertical Machining Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art control technology with 3D-simulation and visual support during setup and for diagnostics.
