For tool sizes up to ø 420 mm and measuring lengths of 465 / 700 mm. The VIO Series has a performance spectrum suited for the most challenging requirements. The tool bed with a serrated, sturdy and torsion-resistant cast-iron design leads to top quality. Optimum accuracy is ensured by edge detection with a high-end digital camera, as well as with the intelligent image processing systems Microvision II or Microvision III. The software module ETT (Easy Tool-data Transfer) allows for quick and error-free transfer of the detected tool data into the machine control.
