DESIGN FEATURES
The DMU 50 eco CNC Universal Milling Machine is standard equipped with a milling spindle with up to 8,000 rpm, 83 Nm (40% DC), a drive performance of 13 kW (40% DC) and 12 m/min rapid traverse. The NC rotary table with digital drives allows a maximum of two settings as well as the machining of very complex work pieces. The hydraulic table clamp is included in the swivel rotary table and a large swivel range of up to 115° (-5° / +110°) allows undercuts of up to 20°. The ergonomic design offers users good insight into the work area 3. The tool magazine with 16 pockets and electronic hand wheel allow an easy and comfortable setup of the various milling operations. The latest cross-slide series offers maximum stability with a rigid, corrugated cast-iron frame for maximum precision and surface quality. The ergonomic DMG SLIMline® Panel with a 15'' TFT-screen, SIEMENS 810D powerline and ShopMill software stands for the easiest programming and 3D-simulation.
