Highway delivers high-quality flanges for gear boxes to its client Magna Powertrain. For this reason Highway selected DMG / MORI SEIKI as theirpartner to fulfill the demand. Currently equipped with 7 machines (6 CTX 310 eco and 1 DMC 70 V hi-dyn), Highway already put the order in for 2 more machines, while other purchase projects are in the planning process.
With the CTX 310 eco machines, Highway is able to do all necessary steps forthe flanges in one set-up, since the CTX 310 eco V3 are able to do turning, drilling and tapping at once, without changing the tool handling. So DMG /MORI SEIKI provided a full turn-key solution to ensure the required machining process, which reduces time and keeps the precision.
