The DMC V eco series is set on a sturdy cast-iron C-Frame design with the X-axis in the table. This meets the rigidity challenges with minimum space requirements, and forms the foundation for high precision in efficient milling processes. Roller guides in all axes and the proven 3-point support of the machine, shorten and simplify start-up and ensure stability and precision. Additional standard components are the powerful 8,000 rpm spindle with 83 Nm torque, the 20-pocket tool magazine with a double gripper for short changing times of only 1.6 seconds and the dynamic axis drive for feeds up to 25 m/min. The optimal accessible work area offers the perfect conditions for short setup times. In addition, the DMC 1035 V eco Vertical Machining Centre has the latest control technology with 3D-simulation and visual support during setup and diagnostics.
