DMC 635 V eco milling machine – Due to standardisation and simple design, the DMC 635 V eco delivers excellent quality at a superb price/performance ratio. The milling machine combines functionality, state-of-the-art technology and productivity with advanced ergonomic design.


At one of the toughest international design competitions, the red dot design award, the DMC 635 V eco from the DMG ECOLINE series was given "honourable mention." This sets the machining centre clearly apart from the mass of 3,200 products from 49 countries submitted in 2009.


The Red Dot Design Award is an internationally renowned competition, whose award, the red dot, is regarded among experts as a mark of quality for the awarded machine. Up to now 11,000 designs from a total of 61 countries have been submitted, making the Red Dot Design Award one of the largest design competitions in the world.


A select jury of experts awards the red dot to products that stand out due to exceptional design quality and a number of other criteria, such as degree of innovation, service life, ecological sustainability and ergonomics.
